Out Now: No Point Waiting

There’s no point waiting—not after twenty-six years. The second single from The Buck-Fifty Boys’ upcoming EP is a warm-weather reverie written in one sitting on a summer afternoon and brought to life with shimmering electric guitars, acoustic warmth, and brotherly harmonies from Eric and Seth.

Think Yo La Tengo meets The Byrds on a back porch in July. Perfect for a summer drive with the windows down.

Out Now: Come on Over to Saint Paul

Come on Over to Saint Paul, the first single from The Buck-Fifty Boys’ upcoming EP, is a paean to singer and multi-instrumentalist Eric Christopher’s adopted hometown.

The song was inspired by an episode of Tommy Mischke’s late-night call-in radio show on KSTP.

As he hung up on a caller, Mischke—the archetypal St. Paulite—dismissed him gruffly: “When you’re ready to get real, come on over to Saint Paul.”
